An experienced and passionate teacher, Joanna comes from a professional contemporary dance and education background and has taught, performed and directed in the UK, France and USA.

Today, Judit loves helping people find ease and strength in their bodies and minds, regardless of their shape, age or fitness level, through pilates. Judit’s classes aim to create a joyful and relaxed experience, while giving clients the motivation to work hard and get the most out of the sessions.

Victoria began practising Pilates after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 12 years ago. She was introduced to Pilates while working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor.

Brett Starkowitz

Brett is a Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience. Starting in larger health clubs, Brett soon progressed into teaching in a smaller, more bespoke studio environment which enabled him to give his students more personalized attention and focus on correcting technique.

Sue qualified as an economist at university. She discovered Pilates while suffering from depression and anxiety. She felt she was loosing control of her life. Pilates helped her overcome depression becoming more happy and with with a more positive outlook on life. Regular Pilates has helped control stresses of her life. Sue recognised that Pilates is a mental and physical practise as well as a life long discipline of understanding the body and exploring its tremendous gifts.

Divan Kombrink

Divan has been working as a master trainer and sports therapist in London for over a decade. It started for him in South Africa where he holds a Sport Science degree from Stellenbosch University with major in Psychology and various other exercise related diplomas like advance Swiss ball training , Pilates, pre and post natal specific training, aqua aerobics and aqua rehabilitation.

Divan has a lot of experience in the leisure business having worked for Inspa Retreats UK in over 20 weeks in varies locations around the world. He also runs his own DNA fitness retreats in south of France where they focus on tailoring fitness and nutrition around an individual's genotype. Divan is also a qualified sports therapist and had more than a decades experience working with sport specific injuries.

In Divans spare time he's a very keen runner and is currently training for an iron man event.[/expand]

Born in Mallorca, Salva is outgoing and friendly but is not shy when it comes to applying the necessary discipline in his pilates training programmes if it means helping practitioners achieve their goals. Yoga is another Salvador's areas of expertise. Salva has attended several ashtanga courses in Kerala, India, and recognises its benefits in calming the mind, strengthening the body and achieving an impressive degree of flexibility.

Whenever he can, Salva combines his work with his love for nature, namely the sea and his native Tramuntana mountains. Salva organises short retreats for a handful of clients several times a year. Lower back pain led her to seek out new ways to increase strength and flexibility in a safe environment.

Aida Garcia

Aida started practising Yoga when she moved to Houston (Texas).
