The idea of creating a moving meditation is at the centre of our approach to yoga. Prana yoga is for those wanting to practice a challenging, invigorating and dynamic form of yoga. Our classes are universal, catering to everyone from the beginner to the experienced yogi.
Our style of vinyasa, or flow yoga, combines the creativity of vinyasa and precision of hatha yoga and is supported by strong breathwork (pranayama). The sequencing varies from class to class depending on the needs and energy of the students. Sessions can also be set to diverse, inspiring yoga music ranging from world beats and trance to new age sounds.
Prana Wellbeing offers classes in the following yoga styles:
It doesn’t matter what stage of life you’re at, Prana yoga has exactly the right class for you. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced yogi, pregnant or keen to bring your child to a class, we cater for you.
Prana yoga increases inner and outer strength. Our classes help you develop a sense for energies, chakra connections and enhance flexibility. Prana yoga promotes wellness on all levels: mental, physical and spiritual.
Let the energy of working within a diverse group lift you and push you to perform at your peak. If you prefer a private lesson we offer sessions when they suit you. Private sessions are great for new yogis who may not feel totally comfortable joining a public class. These are highly recommended for people with specific injuries.
We also offer classes and one-to-ones in your office environment. These sessions are known to improve focus, attention and energy levels. The stretching and control exercises of yoga are also a great way to release stress. In short, yoga improves corporate performance.
Rather than operating out of our studio at 1 Harrington Gardens, some of our teachers work at their own studios. This can be extremely convenient for students looking for a class more local to their area.
